Butcher and the Farmer chefs, Will Stewart and Steve Flood, are using dry-aged Haddon Rig Merino to demonstrate a lamb empanada recipe at Taste Collective this November.
Haddon Rig is proud to be supplying dry-aged Merino to the Butchers Block event at Taste Collective in Sydney from 8-11 November, 2018. The event showcases the product, producers and the relationship with chefs creating unique recipes. Guests will get the recipe, a free sample and matched wine!
Charlie Blomfield will join the chefs to share the Haddon Rig story on each day of festival.
